The Dark Eye: Memoria FAQ

In some cases there are problems during the installation process of the boxed version of Memoria. In this case, please put the files on the DVDs on a different computer and copy the files which are needed for the installation back to the original computer.

Unfortunately it is not planned to add the Italian language to the game on Steam.

Please load savegame41, which is from the beginning of chapter 7, and try to continue with it.

If you are using two graphic cards in your computer, please make sure that Memoria starts on the dedicated, stronger one. Additionally, please make sure that the drivers for your graphic cards are up to date.

The soundtrack of the game is not physically included in the boxed version of Memoria, but you can find it in the main installation folder, which is usually here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Deep Silver\Memoria\Soundtrack".
