You have to go to the mill first and knock on the door. Nobody will answer but Gottfried will sit in the tavern afterwards.

We are aware of this bug and will fix it in a future update. Please try to load an older savegame to see if the same thing happens again or try to change rooms for a bit, to see if they turn up again. If this does not help, please load a savegame from our database to avoid this bug.

This is an issue that only occurs on Windows Vista and cannot be fixed by us. Please avoid this combination during cutscenes.

You have to gain access to the cellar and talk to the mirror before being able to remove the pipe. Also, it is necessary that you look at the sink by right-clicking on it in order for Anna to know that she has to remove the pipe to obtain the witch's hair.
