Blackguards 2 FAQ

At the moment we are working on a solution for this issue. Blackguards 2 and the new OSX 10.11 seem to be incompatible which means the game isn't playable on the newest Mac operating system. For this reason, "Blackguards 2" is being removed from the Mac-Appstore for now.

The characters save for the “hero” stay the same, but Blackguards 2 is set many years after the events of Blackguards.

easy: more AP, allied units deal extra damage
medium: standard amount of AP, no one deals extra damage

Most decisions are at least somewhat driven by morality, like killing/releasing hostages, lowering taxes etc. In order to be awarded the “morality”-achievements you need to be as good/evil as possible. Committing no evil deed is not enough to be considered a “saint”.

The battles against the creators are difficult. Most of those battles can be tipped to your favour by using the map to your advantage (poisonous plants, swamp gas, falling chandeliers, spike traps...).
Also, you might want to go in with special preparation like poisoning weapons, equipped potions, throwing weapons or traps etc.

No. Consumable equipment of mercenaries (potions, throwing weapons, arrows) is refilled automatically upon completion of the battle. (for free)

You need the melody for the specific creature you wish to control. The creature needs to be within the magical circle. If the corresponding organ is played, every creature within the circle for which you have the melody will be fighting for your cause.
