Please go to the main menu of the game and check whether the version number starts with 3.0. If so, you have to install the two patches which are published for the game. You have to install the 3.1 patch first, before installing the 3.2 patch. The version number in the main menu will change to 3.2 after correct installation. Please note: these patches are only compatible with the German retail box and is only for Windows.

Please try the following: go to the main installation folder of the game and right-click on the .exe. Then select "Properties" and "Compatibility" and make sure to tick the option "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings". Save the changes and the game should start in fullscreen now.

Please make sure that the Texture Compression is disabled in your game. For that, open your Steam library and right-click on the game. Then, select the Visionaire Configuration Tool and turn the Texture Compression off.

This problem is related to your username on your PC. Some older versions of our engine have problems accessing the local files if the username includes special characters, a space or Umlaut. If this is the case you can try to change your username and get rid of these troublemakers.

This problem is related to a SUSE update. Please try to add this line at the beginning of the Start Shell Script:

export TMPDIR=/tmp/

This will create a path for the temporary directory which is missing for some SUSE users.

The button is misplaced there, there is no commentary in this screen. So even though you cannot click on it, you are not missing anything.
