No. We have a certain scope of languages we start the Early Access with based on pre-release evaluation and we’ll gradually add languages with the upcoming updates. This process will be heavily dependent on our community and the demand that arises from it for certain languages. Also, we’ll constantly polish and improve the localization for all languages.

Yes, by going into “The Great Library” and read all the info about units and gameplay. To do so, click on the “?” button on the in-game UI.

To add your friend to a Multiplayer game, one of two things needs to happen first:
- Your friend has started the game already once before.
or
- Your friend is online right now.

The answer is “Yes”, we also added Steam Cloud Saves for players that often change their gaming device.

By hovering over the icon of an item, you can get a lot of additional information about, for example, resources etc. You also can gather additional info when visiting “The Great Library” and read about units and gameplay. To do so, click on the “?” button on the in-game UI.

First, you need to be in attack range, which depends on the kind of unit you have. If you are not sure what the range is, you can click on your unit and look on the stats. When clicking on the unit, you also can see which enemies you actually can attack and kill by a single attack. Secondly, when you have selected your unit, you can hover the enemy with the mouse and an attack icon will appear. Finally, clicking on the icon will fire the attack.

You can use the shortcut [ESC] or click on the “Cogwheel” icon on the top left of the in-game UI to return to your in-game and main menu.

It’s a different approach. Even though we are fans of Civ, we are clear on the fact that we do not try to compete with Civ in a direct way. We are part of the 4x genre, but “Yield! Fall of Rome” is designed as a faster paced game. If people are looking for a bit of the same feeling, just in a bit more modern and different way, this could be a good alternative that does not need ten hours for each playthrough and focuses on quick decisions. By the end you will win or lose, depending on even the smallest decision you are making in the game.

We had a free demo for a long time, we might put one up again sometime after release, but right now we need to focus on the Early Access version and the player feedback.
